Shipping

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship anywhere in the Continental United States.

How long will my order take?

Orders placed on our website usually ship within 1 business day. Most orders will ship via USPS Priority, which is usually a 1-3 day timeframe. So, you should expect to see your order delivered within 2-4 business days after checkout.

How can I track my package?

Order status can be viewed by clicking the link in your confirmation email. If you have not received a confirmation email, first check any spam folders or filters. If nothing comes up for you, please send an email to customerservice@fanlawnaments.com to receive a duplicate.

 

Returns and Changes

What is our return policy?

We offer a 30 day hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order within that time frame, please send an email to customerservice@fanlawnaments.com to initiate a return. Your correspondence must be received within 30 days of your order being placed. 

How do I ship my order back to you?

Orders can be shipped back to the return address on your shipping label. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Once received, your order will be refunded within 2-3 business days.

What if my order is missing a stand or if I need a new one?

On rare occasions, products ship without an H-Stake (stand). If that is your situation, we will gladly ship you a new one. Simply email us at customerservice@fanlawnaments.com.

 If you misplace your stand or if it breaks, simply email us at customerservice@fanlawnaments.com. And we will arrange to send you a replacement. Shipping fees may apply.

Can I change my order?

If you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, your order can be changed at no extra cost. Please send an email to customerservice@fanlawnaments.com explaining what changes to your order you would like.

 

Other Questions

Do you offer a referral program?

We offer a referral program through Referral Candy. An automated email will be sent to you after you place your first order. We encourage everyone to create an account and earn credit for their friend's purchases.

A custom link will be provided to you after you have signed up for the program. You can give this link to people you wish to refer. Once they place an order, you will be notified and receive credit accordingly. 

Referral compensation changes throughout the year. It can be paid out in the form of direct cash payments or store credit. Check your account for current offerings.

Do you have physical stores?

We do not currently have any physical stores.

Can I resell your products in my store?

If you would like to sell our products in your own physical store, please send an email to fanlawnaments@gmail.com with your store details.
