REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
- Yes, we do accept returns.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Items damaged by shipping
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Special Clearance/Discounted items
- Such as but not limited to: items that have been purchased using special offers, discount codes or other promotions.
- Damaged/used items
- Not including items damaged in shipping.
- Any item that has been used outside and has been exposed to rain, sleet, snow or the elements is not acceptable for a return.
- At the moment, we currently only ship to the United States.
- We can only do returns in the United States.
- By mail - USPS
- To return your product, keep a copy of your packing slip or receipt.
- To return by mail you must request a return by phone or email (use the contact information at the bottom of this page). We can then send you a return label to use when repacking your items. Additional costs for return labels will be at customers expense. We will not refund the shipping.

- We accept unopened products in original packaging that have never been used.
- We do not accept products that have been opened or used outside.
- We do not accept any items that have been used or show signs of use.
- It is the Customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping on any return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you would like a refund for your item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- If your package is damaged or lost from shipping, please send photos along with your order number.
- We may request you to open a claim with the shipping carrier

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
- In some cases we may offer replacements
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return
