REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • Returns Accepted
        • Yes, we do accept returns.
        • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
        • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
        • Items damaged by shipping
        • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
      • Non-Returnable Items:
        • Gift cards
        • Special Clearance/Discounted items 
          • Such as but not limited to: items that have been purchased using special offers, discount codes or other promotions.
        • Damaged/used items 
          • Not including items damaged in shipping. 
          • Any item that has been used outside and has been exposed to rain, sleet, snow or the elements is not acceptable for a return.
  • Return Countries
        • At the moment, we currently only ship to the United States. 
        • We can only do returns in the United States.
  • Return method
        • By mail - USPS
        • To return your product, keep a copy of your packing slip or receipt. 
        • To return by mail you must request a return by phone or email (use the contact information at the bottom of this page). We can then send you a return label to use when repacking your items. Additional costs for return labels will be at customers expense. We will not refund the shipping.
  • Return window
        • Up to 30 days from delivery date
        • After 30 days we do not accept returns
  • Return Item condition
        • New only
        • We accept unopened products in original packaging that have never been used.
        • We do not accept products that have been opened or used outside.
        • We do not accept any items that have been used or show signs of use.
  • Return Shipping and fees
        • It is the Customer's responsibility to pay for the shipping on any return. 
        • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
        • If you would like a refund for your item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
        • We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Damaged items
        • If your package is damaged or lost from shipping, please send photos along with your order number. 
        • We may request you to open a claim with the shipping carrier

  • Exchanges (if applicable)
        • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
  • Replacements
        • In some cases we may offer replacements
  • Gifts
      • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
      • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return
